I feel like everyone knows what this book is about so I am going to keep it brief.
In the 74th Hunger Games, Katniss Everdeen takes the place of her sister, Prim. She is put in a fight to the death with 23 other people, everything live on television.
I absolutely loved this series, it kept me guessing and on the edge of my seat. I enjoyed how real the characters were, how they were facing inner conflict as well as other types of conflicts.
I loved the relationship Peeta and Katniss had and was pleased with the twists and turns of that. There are 4 movies which were also very entertaining. The prequel recently released and I plan on reading and reviewing it soon.
Overall, I highly recommend this trilogy to any reader.
